2. Subscription & Payments

• Fees are billed in advance based on your chosen plan (Monthly/Yearly).
• Failure to renew within the grace period may result in temporary suspension of service.
• All digital payments are subject to the terms of the respective providers (eSewa/Khalti).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

वा! Booking provides the technical infrastructure only. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by you to your customers, or for any disputes arising from client-business interactions.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time, though previously paid fees are non-refundable.
